My favorite vegan bacon brand was discontinued (like the whole brand was, not just the bacon) so I just can't give this a full five stars because I know what five stars tastes like! That said, I still love this bacon and it's become one of my go-to's. I have it most often as a simple sandwich on sliced bread with vegan mayo and a pile of fresh, crisp lettuce. I think it goes well on burgers, as well! Certainly I can see it chopped up as a salad topping, or mixed into some baked beans, etc. It's not the ultimate bacon imitation, but it's still dang good and I order it regularly!

This "bacon" is pretty tasty. The only negative is that it doesn't get crisp. But it doesn't stick together, like another brand, and it resembles bacon more than any other brand.
