Cavi-art is a unique vegan alternative to caviar that's made from seaweed - it looks and tastes like the real thing, but of course, it's 100% fish-friendly! The caviar-like "pop" consistency and amazing flavor made Cavi-art a hit in Europe, and we're happy to now offer it to shoppers in the USA and across the globe.
Cavi-art not only makes the perfect appetizer, it also is an exceptional garnish, since it does not discolor and bleed into dishes the way traditional caviar does. Also, it does not go rancid or change in taste after opening the jar, making it so that unlike real fish caviar, you do not need to consume it all immediately, and have up to 3 months freshness with every flavor.
Chefs also love Cavi-art, as it withstands high temperatures and has a wide array of uses in creating your own culinary masterpieces. For the health conscious, it's low in fat and sodium, and of course, it's cholesterol-free. Not only that, but it doesn't contribute to depletion of the fish who live in our oceans and lakes, making it eco-friendly as well!
Cavi-Art Black is formulated to mimic Beluga caviar, the small black beads have a clean, briny taste that beautifully complement appetizers, are delicious dolloped on vegan sour cream with potatoes, or sprinkled on dairy-free Hollandaise sauce over asparagus
Cavi-Art Orange is made of orange beads that have a briny, smoky flavor. Roll with avocado for a beautiful vegan sushi, add to veggie omelets, or mix with vegan cream cheese on a tortilla and slice for a unique appetizer .

Tastes just like the real thing, with that briny bite and the snap of the tiny pearls is perfect. I prefer the black over the red, but both are fantastic.
Hey Lynn, thank you for your review. We are happy to read, that you like the Vegan Caviar. Enjoy it! Best, Christina
I love this on crackers with some cream sheese and dill. Any more realistic and you'd have to worry about eating the real thing.
