Holy cow this is good!
I was shocked at how good this was. The flavour is intense but not overwhelming. I was a little worried by the "spicy" label that it would be too spicy for me, since often when products advertise that they are spicy, they mean SPICY!! But I would put this on around "medium" on the spice scale, which is perfect for me. I was able to slice off a piece and eat it whole without it being too hot. Oh and speaking of slicing! I love that the texture of this chorizo makes it suitable for slicing, so you can use it in more recipes than other vegan chorizos, which usually come pre-crumbled. You could slice rounds to put on a pizza or vegan charcuterie board, or take a hunk and grind it in a blender if you prefer crumbled chorizo. I did the latter yesterday and sprinkled it over vegan nachos and it was so good. I will definitely be buying this again!
